Business Analyst
Remote / IndiaFull Time2–5 years experience
You'll be the critical link between our North American clients and our delivery team — translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements that drive real Salesforce solutions. You'll lead discovery workshops, write the specs, and own the requirements from sign-off through UAT.
Responsibilities
- —Run discovery with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
- —Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications the dev team can build
- —Write and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- —Partner with developers, QA, and project managers across the delivery lifecycle
- —Facilitate requirement workshops and lead client-facing presentations
- —Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team
- —Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to client sign-off
- —Keep project documentation current and surface process improvements
Technical Skills
- —Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation — BRDs, FSDs, user stories
- —Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery
- —Comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
- —Salesforce familiarity a strong plus — or genuine eagerness to learn the ecosystem
- —Data analysis and reporting proficiency
Soft Skills
- —Excellent verbal and written communication — you are client-facing daily
- —Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
- —Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
- —Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
